WHO WE ARE

About Anagram

Founded by Poonam Ganglani, Anagram is grounded in over two decades of international experience across culture, communication, education and the arts.

Anagram delivers training programmes in intercultural communication and global collaboration for corporates, businesses, startups, and cultural institutions.

As organisations increasingly operate across geographies, cultures, and markets, the ability to navigate cultural differences is no longer a soft skill—it is a business imperative. Cultural misunderstandings can impact communication, decision-making, team cohesion, client relationships, employee engagement, and ultimately business performance.

Our programs help individuals and teams communicate more effectively across cultures, build stronger relationships, foster trust, reduce friction, and collaborate successfully in diverse and international environments. By strengthening cultural intelligence, organisations can improve productivity, enhance stakeholder engagement, support global mobility, and create more inclusive and effective workplaces.

We offer workshops, training programmes, webinars, and customised learning experiences designed to address real-world business challenges and equip teams with practical tools to work confidently across cultures and global workplaces.
